Description du film :
Prince Horace is a twelve year old spoiled, mischievous kid, desperately seeking attention from his father, who is always busy with state affairs. Jemmy is an orphaned street urchin trying to survive by catching and selling rats. He and his eight year old sister Annyrose are separated when Annyrose is accused of stealing a handkerchief and is sent to prison and Jemmy is picked out by Prince Horace to be his whipping boy. Jemmy soon finds out what a whipping boy is: he gets the punishment whenever Prince Horace deserves it. When Prince Horace makes his father real angry, he decides to run away and at the same time Jemmy tries to escape to rescue his sister from prison. Together, the boys succeed in secretly leaving the palace.Garçons acteurs
